8 Small Potatoes
4T Magic Garlic Sauce
1/2 C. Buttermilk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes until they are fork tender. While the potatoes are boiling, heat up the garlic sauce and salt to taste. Pour in the buttermilk and let it gently heat. Do not boil/simmer/overheat since the buttermilk might separate. When the potatoes are done, pull them out and peel if you want pretty mashed potatoes. I left most of the skins on for a dirty look; give them a good mashing with the fork. Pour in the buttermilk/garlic mixture, pepper to your liking and serve!
