Baguette (preferably day old, sliced on the bias about 1″ thick)
4 Eggs
1/2 C Milk
1T Brown sugar
2 Satsuma tangerines
Zest and juice the tangerines, mix all the ingredients together to make the fresh toast custard. Soak the bread in the custard for 2 minutes on each side until they are nearly soggy. Cook on medium heat in a non stick frying pan/griddle for about 3 minutes on each side until nicely browned and fluffy. Serve with maple syrup!
