3T Butter
4T Olive oil
9 cloves of minced garlic
1/2T of Whatever spice mix you have on hand
Melt the butter on low and mix in the olive oil. Heat the garlic up and let the spices (in this case I used roasted garlic and herb spice) dissolve.
This is the garlic base of a lot of things. I’ll toss in shrimp to make a shrimp scampi, brush it on french bread to make garlic bread, heat up some buttermilk and make mashed potatoes, or just drink it since it’s so garlicky good!
